May I attend?  I am not a developer, nor do I know the way these types of meetings take place.

I would like to observe and possibly take notes for PR releases.

I apologize for my late request; I just signed up for this 'dev list'.

If nothing else, could someone send me the log from the meeting?  Thank you in advance.  :)
