There are more problems. ExCreateHandleTable needs ExpHandleTableHead.
ExpHandleTableHead is initialized later in ExInit3. Currently, I doesn't
unterstand why my smp machine runs since 3 hours. Vmware works also with
the smp build but not with the up one.
