Why on earth do we need a bluetooth driver when we don't even have a stable
OS to run it on?

- Import the FreeBT USB generic bluetooth driver (abandoned)
- Some slight modifications to make it build
- WMI is currently commented out because our WMI headers are lacking
(particularly wmistr.h)
