Pavel,
that sounds great!
It's even better to present an unbiased view. So please do talk to VIA,
and let us know the results, that would be very interesting.
Thanks,

  Dear Alexander and other,
I would be on Embedded World for all 3 days.
But I am not React OS developer nor regular user.
I have compiled React OS more times and used it to test
our uLAN driver with real USB device pass-through
to the react OS in QEMU. I have managed react OS to
work with real device and accompanied CHROMuLAN software
most time. I am not sure in which state I have
my build/setup now and I am not Windows oriented
person. But if React OS advances a little more forwar
to be stable with our setup I expect to offer it as
an option to our HPLC instruments users.
We, Czech Technical University in Prague got granted
stage on OSADL booth (hall 5, booth 276
https://www.osadl.org/ )
where we would present robot control by RT variant of Linux kernel
 by code generated from Matlab/Simulink.
Anyway, I can find some time to spoke with VIA, I am open-source
supporter, I like that there is attempt to have open source
implementation of API which is one used on the most of today desktop
PCs. I have strong knowledge in are of kernels (mainly Linux),
but I have read some React OS and Wine sources and I work on Windows
drivers. I am trying to be fair and clear on technical aspects
and usability and quality during discussions. On the other hand
I cannot promiss that I would not suggest to to use GNU/Linux
if VIA comes with some target application/idea which I expect
 that Linux would serve better.
 Best wishes
                  Pavel
