About COMDLG32, the problem is locking all functionalities for open/close file dialogs.
If I launch, for example, notepad and I select File->Open, nothing happens.
Perhaps, a quick, temporary solution could be making a script file or a small executable
called windres which executes MS RC from Visual Studio Express and then it executes the
true windres for converting the RES into COFF format. I'm just guessing...
