be a better solution to use a GPL uxtheme than to keep
playing
cat-and-mouse with Microsoft keep restricting uxtheme.dll to only
their msstyles.
It is unlikely that uxtheme will work 100% on real windows anyway
because
of the hooks it uses to do things like non-client-area themeing.
