Yes, i would also like to move any app that is in windows to reactos\apps or reactos\susbsys\system\ and leave all the unix / test apps in rosapps.

I agree with Alex's earlier comment. This is essentially a
core app and
should at least be moved into /reactos/apps, if not
/reactos/subsys/system.
Maybe we should also consider moving some apps which are in
/reactos/apps
over to /rosapps too, as there are some odd ones in there
which are not core
apps, even a unix tool or two :-o

Should we bring in a selection of apps which are considered core to windows: comp find mode more sort
What do we think about Solitaire and WineMine? Should they be left in rosapps for release builds only? They are certainly core to my Windows experience though :)
