[ros-dev] Trunk lockage

Hi,
trunk is locked until (at least) debug buildslave is back online.

Also, it's a good occasion to actually FIX all those hanging tests  
(fix, hackfix, anyotherwaytofix) which lead to buildslaves timewaste  
(compare: 4 minutes to build and 1 hour to test). This is unbearable.  
Test results should be available within minutes, and allow easy  
tracking of failures.
