Don't try installing the WDK, DDK, or SDKs on ReactOS. It's not going to
work at this point. Install it on Windows if you want to actually make use
of it.

If you are supposed to have the WDK, then
it's likely that the IFS part is
required as well. And that has only been included starting with the Vista
WDK. In earlier times you could and had to purchase the separate IFS kit to
get the same functionality.
Since you work on VFS, I'd presume you need the IFS part, unless ReactOS
provides some substitute for the respective headers and static libs.
