Hi,
try: "make msvc" or "make msvcX" where X is number between 6 and 10 (I suppose you're using one of latest versions of Visual Studio, so you could use 9 or 10 there).

For all other operating systems, Code::Blocks may be a good alternative. It
should also be able to read the generated .vcproj files, though direct
