As Víctor just found out the hard way, using target_include_directories
makes our minimum version 2.8.11. Should we set that as the minimum to
create a more obvious error message?

Current error:
CMake Error at dll/keyboard/CMakeLists.txt:92 (target_include_directories):
  Unknown CMake command "target_include_directories".
