Though I am no dev, this is a very small list of things that seem 
important to me

- Shell
-- Remove the blue line on bottom of the startpanel
-- hide expand button in tray if not needed
-- add menu latency to startmenu
-- make drag-and-drop work in startmenu
-- make alphablend for icons work
-- add trashcan and implement delete functions
-- add posibility to change mouse-cursor speed
-- deactivate buttons without function

- Boot manager
-- change the current desing to a plain minimalistic black / white design
