Looking at the current situation with 0.4.14, I personally voting for releasing it as-is, in its current state. Why? At least because remaining unfixed regressions seem not to be a problem: Joachim can just backport more fixes into releases/0.4.14 branch later, after release, as soon as those regressions will be fixed, same as he currently doing this for a lot of old releases (starting from 0.4.7 and up to 0.4.13).

It seems to me the best solution.

I also agreed that we already wasted a lot of time and power for fixing 0.4.14 branch. And if we'll just skip this release, all our efforts will be in vain.
