Salut Loïc,

At the moment, nobody works on the Printer Spooler (which is currently a stub plus some dlls coming from Wine). So, if you feel capable of starting it, you can go. But don’t forget that, at the end, the spooler should be also Windows-2003-compatible so that its components can run either on ReactOS or on Windows 2003.
