Not really, you are forgetting RAS and all the other services/features
which windows provides. It would be a brute and ugly approache, imo, so
simply copy a Linux dialer.
After that, all that remains is to finish art
yerkers' serial library
in order to enable usage of at least non-winmodems (for example serial
port modems) and little touchups (such as writing modem initialization
scripts etc until the control is passed to ppp).
The big work (this can be deffered from the 0.3 release) will be to
implement WinModem driver support which is definitely compulsory for
ReactOS since most windows users that connect through an internal
modem have a winmodem.
