I agree that the binary download is a quick and simple way to update or 
install ReactOS but it does not update the Registry. Only a full install 
from CD will create an up-to-date Registry. And this will get worse in 
the future.

That's why I vote for dropping the binary download. We will have to 
support updates in our installer applications instead.
