Yeah, it's been fixed for a while. It's accessible via the quick link 
menu on the home page.
However it's a big ugly, and Only Alex ever really seems to use it.

I'd like to see something nice like this  http://www.kernelmustard.com  
put in place.
I'd start using it also.
