Hi,
ReactOS as a guide, our NtUserCreateWindowEx maybe wrong and
misaligned. Each version of windows has one thing or another changed
with the win32k API. It could be a PUNICODE_STRING or LPWSTR. You will
have to take what we know from the past to decode the new.
