Colin, thanks for providing all required information and setting up  
the irc server. Just a small correction - the list of allowed  
participants now includes Alex Ionescu.

Yes, I beg my pardon about the time, the meeting is going to take  
place at 19:00 UTC. Don't forget to update your calendars!

Updated agenda:
1. Cmake switching
2. New release of ReactOS
3. Website work status
4. GSoC status
5. Developers status.

I don't think we should add more topics, otherwise meeting will take  
too much time. (e.g. DLL wine sync questions could be solved during  
"new release" discussion).
