As i said previously, andLinux is just a redistribution of coLinux, with some pre-made, pre-configured settings. coLinux as you know, is a virtualiser running as a NT kmode driver.

As for LUK, AGAIN, its not really running yet.

You're talking about Cooperative Linux.  This is already open-source and free (as in beer).  Else you can check out the Linux Unified Kernel (also free).
ReactOS already uses a lot of code from Wine, which is a compatibility layer for Linux, so you can run .exe or .deb files in Linux.

Feel free to test CoLinux on ReactOS and file a compatibility report.  Other than that, I don't see what use you have besides trying to convince the devs that
Linux is something better than Linux.  Or trying to sell us free software.  This is almost as bad as the con artists trying to sell copies of ReactOS on eBay like
it's a fully-functioning OS.

Translation:  All your code are belong to us. Resistance is futile.  :)

You're in a mailing list with a bunch of guys that program operating systems for fun.  Trying to sell them Linux like they don't know what it is is kind of pointless.

Subject: Re: [ros-dev] reactos and linux

is a linux system, which is LIVE present at the windows install and allows you to use 2 systems parrallel live: Windows and Linux, so that users can install exe and deb installers at the same time. Integrating into reactos woould allow to create an open source operating system, which allows users to install anything they want: windows apps and linux apps.
So a merge or integration is intended.
If the ebay sell is not successful, the project andlinux will integrate reactos. The question here is to ask, if reactos is as well interested to have the option of linux integrated and to merge, then this couldbe released as well under this domain.
Otherwise a third project needs to be released, using both codes and maybe a new name. If there is any interest to bring both under one hood, then this is the discussion thread.
