I think it depends what do you want to do with it. If you want it in ROS codebase (not
necessarily in trunk, but still on svn) you should post a patch to bugzilla, with some
info on how it works.

Most of you probably have other utils, but ComMon is quite handy with
it's
auto enumerated COM ports, extended selection mode list, copy selected
to clip,
save/clear list etc..
I have it in my reactos/tools tree and it currently builds with the
RosBE toolchain
(standalone w C::B, currently not by rbuild).
Would you be interested at all ?
