I agree with Mike’s stance on this.
Access to any MS source means no access to reactos.
I think this point needs to be discussed and cemented as no one really seems to know what the official stance on this topic is anymore.

This is treading on thin ice. In my opinion, anyone having admitted to having accessed MS source code should not be allowed to write code for ReactOS and should never get commit access. Working on something not related to the source someone has seen, should still be a no go. As this will still increase the perception out there that ROS is tainted. And from my experienced of life in general, perception = reality, whether its true or not.

He'd need to demonstrate that whatever he developed, the reason for what his code does can be tracked to available documentation, not the leaked source code.
