Yes most Delphi applications hang currently. But this is not due to
window classes not being found. Those messages are legit and not a bug
and not the reason for why the applications hang.

This is not a bug. This is how the Delphi VCL is designed. Before it
registers
window classes for VCL controls it does a call to
GetClassInfoEx() to
check if
the class exists. That's why you see the
messages that a window class
doesn't
exist. "It's not a bug, it's a
feature!"
