About ARWINSS adoption: Dunno if Aleksey said some details about it but as i understand he will be not present during that voting. So as one of the main arwinss testers i propose the next point. I don't think he meant he wants to replace current win32 SS in trunk. So the idea is to add arwinss files to trunk and make dual setup/booting or to add another bootcd/testcd target. So we could vote for each of this ideas or just vote for merging in general. Or both ;)
So if i'm missing some info about merging plans tell me please. Otherwise let's just vote ;)

It's not about having something to hide, it's about having the confidence to
speak openly about issues and not be concerned about who's listening in.
I've never heard of organizations which undertake meetings in public, it
seems ludicrous.

ReactOS driver signing is an internal issue and unless the IRC server is
private it should be dropped from the discussions.

Private meetings really inspire confidence in the ReactOS project that it
has nothing to hide.

I myself will be observing the meeting to find out what's happening with
driver signing as it may impact a project I participate in.

If you have something to hide then I too suggest talking all future ReactOS
developer meetings private.

Really??? I had no idea this was the case.
I thought the whole point of having it on private servers was to restrict
who or what could read the logs.

I suggest this be changed to make the meetings private.
People should be able to talk freely without the worry of having what they
say logged by unknown 3rd parties.

No, it is and has always been open to everybody who likes to join.
People without username and password can just act as observers though,  so
they cannot talk and vote.
This is also why we have voiced and non-voiced people during the  meeting.
