The "default" target has been Server 2003 for
some time now.
That's not true either.
The default target for the _kernel_ is 2003, the default target for usermode
has always been the latest version.
We've had many Vista API's in reactos for about 3 years now, and I expect
Win7 api's to find their way into reactos any time soon
