I do have some uses for bootcdregtest ISOs: for example, when working on Log2Lines or SysReg2, or simply to reproduce test(bot) results. As a "tester", I can also use them instead of bootcds, as they have unattended install.
They may also ease things for anyone wanting to run tests locally, especially on various "hardwares".
Iso: yes, I miss them. Getbuilds: not mandatory, though I think there is a Jira issue about it. Delay: a week is fine, though a month, or more, would be better.

Please let me know if this is a problem for you and needs a solution. In the past, bootcdregtest ISOs were only available for a week and not accessible via GetBuilds either, so I have no idea how popular they are.
