I agree. Even if not all of the roadmap issues for 0.3 are really
reached or stable it has been way to long in the 0.2.x cycle. We have
added enough new features that 0.3 is now warrented even if its not
very stable. The influx of new developers should help with the
auditing of ntoskrnl and fixing of win32k for 0.4
