True we need a better system to inform when a langues files need be update,
a
nd each programers are respone adding same change to all langues file not
only
to En.rc for most of the translator do not often know how to add the
changes,
only how to translate the rc files. Please think also about the diffent
betwin reactos
 and windows how they are reading langues. windows stop the scan after
country if it found the right one, and if that contry are missing the string
tag
name it will not show the text or even bsod. it have happen for me
in swedish version of windows.
