it is usal me that take care of it, I am working so fast I can on reactos.
1. Coding on directx
2. Taking care of bugzila
3. plang new stuff

Sorry it take time getting the rc file, I need also verify it works and the
rc file have right sub id and langus setting.
same time I doing that, I fixing some other problem I found samethime.
