[ros-dev] Interface Team Coordinator: mf

Hi all

The coordinator of the UI team will be mf by popular vote,
congratulations mf! Thanks to Mikko for coming up with the idea to
have a UI team.

I'll go about setting up a ros-ui mailing list. The first order of
business for the UI team is finalizing a new look for the reactos.com
site.
