Hello, folks!
As most of you already know, ReactOS Community Changelogs are a community based effort to
describe development progress better, directly to end-user. This increases both
developers' and users' morale. Adress:

All infastructure work on Wiki are complete, this means that the Changelogs can be
announced now. Would you consider doing this when announcing ReactOS 0.4.5?
