I've just created a forum 'Votings' that is open for everyone that is in 
the forum group 'Developer'. Please have a look at it, so you can decide 
if this is the preferred way of voting in the future. Every developer 
will be allowed to post, vote and create polls in this forum and 
everyone else will be allowed to read it.

If you know someone that isn't in the forum group and has commit access, 
please report it to me.
