Yes, there has been some _huge_ changes to the structure of the ReactOS 
tree.
Around 200-300 commits in the past 2 days.
Unfortunately it's almost done now, so the mailing list has missed 
everything :(
Anyone who was accustomed to the old structure will see immediately 
notice the changes.
