People interested in such information don't read changelogs on website.
Because they can simply subscribe to ros-svn or do "svn log" in command 
line.
Since 0.2.5 was released, about 1300 commints were made. This is 1300 
commit msg's.
Way dublicating all this info on a website? Who will sort all this 
comments and format them in proper way?
After all, who will actually read it?
