As for public/private, I suppose majority wanted to have it private?
I don't have a strong position here because first of all we are not
going to discuss something, which is not for public ear, and second
is that meeting minutes are published anyway in our mailing list. If
meetings are strictly private (which is also just fine), then we need
to re-think the meeting process somehow so that meeting minutes would
be adjusted accordingly.
