I am going to revert this back to the flat blue title bar in both
trunk and the 0.3.0 branch.  I am tired of people screwing with it.
If you don't like it, you have two options:

1. Deal with it
2. Implement a way for the user to choose a look that they like.

I have the UIC's approval.
