We've already discussed this, have you not been reading ros-dev?
How exactly do you propose this is done?
Let's say you implement a function in our win32k, based on Wine code. How
exactly would you realistically discover which Wine dev wrote that function,
and if the function was merely _based_ on wine code, which parts of the
function would you attribute credit to, and how would you do it?

Your idea isn't as simple as it first appears.
