This was the same error I had when compiling on Mac OS X 10.9 -- I recall the workaround was to disable a compilation option for MESA in a config file?
Hmm, well if the problem happens with just a few modules, I could take a list and disable PCH just for those, which would make the rest still benefit from PCH.
