I partially disagree. The app might be bloated, but the idea is nice.
The typical way of windows to copy files is sometimes very ineffective.
There are many tools which try to be faster, especially if you copy
several small files or on one hard driver with several partitions. The
idea of these apps could be used by default in ROS IMO.

Reactos may be lacking now, because its alpha. That's not a reason to
slap on a million-pound-gorilla app just to replace what will be a
eventually be a standard integrated user32 (shell32?) dialog.

The copy of file is base of OS, and your explorer haven't.
Note: I have ReactOS crash when I copy folder in normal mode with
ultracopier, but no crash in debug mode.
The systray is invisible and unable to interface correctly with the
reactOS via COM object like windows explorer.
I have less bug on wine, and no bug under windows.
Ultracopier note: I try adapte ultracopier 0.2.0.0

Hi,
Unfortunately we don't include apps which aren't part of the base
operating system.
However, you can help reactos by testing your apps on the operating
system and reporting any bugs you may find.
Thanks,
Ged.
