You are missing the point. Motivation is not just a logical
explanation of what is good and needed for the project.
Hell, I probably should eat healthier food, I know it. I know that
it's good for me. Does it motivate me to do so? No.
Many smokers know that it's bad for their health. How many quit?
These are not very good examples, but I hope you got the point -
there is more to motivating people than just explaining what needs to
be done.
