What's wrong with that? Documentation will no doubt be of interest to 
anyone curious about the inner workings of NT - specifically the bits 
nobody else has revealed.

Even if we don't follow what NT does, it's worth documenting, both for 
our own sake and also in case anyone else is interested.

BUT, we would need to set out a standard way of formatting the 
documentation, I think.
