Error at compiling ReactOS

Hello,
I can use a powerful PC for some days, so I downloaded latest ReactOS's sources and I
tried to compile them.
But after a short while, it appear this message:
[WIDL]     obj-i386\include\psdk\wtypes.h
Could not open includepsdkwtypes.idl
make: *** [obj-i386\include\psdk\wtypes.h] Error 2
In your opinion, what's wrong?
It happens into the CMD box and into MSYS too.
I'm sure that "Mingw & co." tools are the latest versions.

Hi,
it's not important to have the latest versions, you've got to have the
"right" versions.
You seem to be using windows, just download the RosBE, the official
ReactOS Build Environment.
This should give you a start:
