r61585 Buildbot test failures

Hi!

You may have noticed that my latest patch causes buildbot failures. This 
happens because the patch breaks winlogons AutoAdminLogon feature.

Please do not revert that patch! I'll provide a fix for the 
AutoAdminLogon feature as soon as possible.
