Hi,
since there was just one change to the branch 0.2.7 I did not yet publish the RC2 version. I decided to wait until monday to publishing RC2.
How about the blocker bugs 657, 659 and 674 get fixed first? Do you check bugzilla?

Hi Robert,
You can't release RC2 until the blockers have been fixed.

Short for blocker bugs. A bug that is so bad and needs to be fixed before the release goes into production.

Bugs that are of sufficient severity to cause problems to future builds. So, rather than letting them manifest, it's best to close bugs like that at the earliest stages, to prevent problems later.
That's as I understand it, if I'm wrong, someone please correct me

Generic use means "Bugs that are so bad that we're NOT going to ship a product with these in them", i.e. they "block" any further stable release. They also can be used to describe features that must be implemented before a certain release, e.g. reasonable networking is a blocker for 0.3.0, and until it's resolved, we'll still be releasing 0.2.xs (Or so it was last I really knew).
There may be ROS specific uses I'm unfamiliar with.

Its stuff that has to be fixed b4 the next release. Its blocking the release. In this case I think its bugs.
