Hi,
can you disable line #32 (#define NDEBUG)in ntoskrnl\io\arcname.c and try it again?

Hello all
I'm using a fresh CVS checkout and ROS fails to boot in either VMWare or QEMU via the iso built by mingw32-make bootcd.
Attached is a screen.
Same result, different addresses, see screen Hartmut Birr wrote:

With the bootcd you need to add /DEBUGPORT=SCREEN and possibly /DEBUGPORT=COM1, too, and configure VMWare to dump serial to a file. Otherwise, you won't see the extra details from the change in io/arcname.c Richard Campbell wrote:

and how exactly do you do this with the bootcd?

Hi,
I would like to see the debug prints. Sorry, I'm using always a modified kernel which prints debug messages to the bochs debug port and I've patched my qemu to display this debug output. I can send my modified qemu.exe (zipped 275kB) or a diff to the 0.6.0 sources. For the diff I need a little bit more time.
