And why Mr. I-need-to-feel-important-today can undocumented stuff like 
CM_RESOURCE_MEMORY_READ_WRITE or CmResourceShareUndetermined be found in 
include\ddk\wdm.h too?

If you think the NDK is for *undocumented* stuff, then do us a favor and 
remove the documented stuff instead of complaining!
