ReactOS Software installer ignores proxy settings

ReactOS Software installer ignores proxy settings. If you are behind
some firewall allowing internet connections only by proxy, you are
lost. The software installer ignores any proxy setting.

Hey,

If you are talking about 'Rapps', currently we only have an issue in our 
issue tracker that it crashes with a proxy:
https://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-12219

If you observed different behavior, would you mind filing a new issue 
with the exact settings used?

Maybe he's talking about the second stage installer when it tries to
download Gecko Engine...
