Hi,
you use a cvs program (wincvs.exe) which sets the times of the updated files
to the future. The dependency check doesn't like this and does build the *.d
files again and again up to the time where the source files are older than
the *.d files.

Do you have the right date/time set on your computer?
That definitely wasn't the cause. I experienced the exact
same problem
yesterday, i just updated my tree today and tried again, the
problem is
somehow gone :)
