What do you do when you have 3 "makefile" open in notepad then ?

I pull my hair out and rant about it on ros-dev...

Seriously tho, the "makefile"s that will be left will all be 2 or 3-line 
stubs, so we'll be rarely, if ever, touching them, with the exception of 
the top-level bootstrap makefile.
