Problem with binutils-2.15.91-20040904-1.tar.gz

Hello,
The most recent binutils package might have a bug in it but I am not
quite sure. When running ReactOS after building with the newer binutils
you will see errors like in this thread

That's well-known bug in BinUtils. It has been fixed in CVS few days 
after the current MinGW binutils package was released...
